Emergencies:
For all life threatening emergencies, please call 9-1-1
Time Sensitive Issues:
For example (but not limited to):
- Sewer back up
- Animal bite or a stray, aggressive animal
- Missed trash collection
- Traffic signal issues

Our busiest times are Mondays and Tuesdays with lower call volumes occurring early in the morning or on Thursdays and Fridays.
After Hours:

Please leave a detailed voice message including your name and phone number.
Note: Your call is very important to us. The Mayor's Action Center will only contact you if additional information is needed in order to process your request.
Voicemails will be processed the following business day.
Online Service Request Form
Online Service Requests are processed Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
within 48-72 hours.
Note: Do not use this form to report time-sensitive issues (see above).
Instructions:
- Select the type of Service Request from the list below
- Please provide a specific location and a detailed, but brief description of the problem
- Please provide your basic contact information in case we need to contact you for clarification purposes
If you would like your Service Request to remain anonymous, please indicate this in the "Description" section, and your contact information will not be included in the official system entry. Your request may not be processed if it is unclear or if we do not have enough information.
The Mayor's Action Center will only contact you if additional information is needed in order to process your request.
