INDIANAPOLIS - The Mayor’s Commission on Latino Affairs (MCOLA), in partnership with the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC), announced today a new outreach campaign to be aired on WIIH- Univision Indiana, a local affiliate of a popular national Spanish television network. The goal of the new campaign is to educate local Hispanics about the Earned Income Tax Credit, a refundable Federal Income Tax credit for low income working individuals and families.
The MCOLA and GIPC worked together in the planning and development of the Latino educational campaign. The campaign includes television advertising as well grassroots and public relations efforts during the month of March and April.
