Mayor to announce Indy’s side of friendly wager with Chicago
Indianapolis – Mayor Bart Peterson will join members of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, restaurant owners and cultural development leaders to announce what the city will offer up in a friendly Super Bowl wager with Chicago Mayor Richard Daley.

Like the Colts, Peterson is on a roll in the playoffs in bets with opposing city mayors. Mayor Peterson won a crab cake dinner from Baltimore for members of the Indy Blue Crew after the Colts ousted the Ravens in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. A shipment of lobster and Boston Cream pies are also heading to Indy from a bet made with Boston over the AFC Championship game.
