City, United Way to kick-off fundraising for Winter Assistance Fund; announce substantial contribution
INDIANAPOLIS – Deputy Mayor Ellen Quigley and United Way of Central Indiana President and CEO Ellen K. Annala will begin accepting contributions from community partners for this year’s Winter Assistance Fund.

The Winter Assistance Fund helps low-income people who are unable to keep up with home heating costs during the winter months.
