Mayor Peterson, Indy Parks to host Grand Opening Ceremony for Bethel Park Family Center
INDIANAPOLIS - Mayor Bart Peterson will join Indy Parks and Recreation next Monday, August 15, at 10 a.m., for a grand opening ceremony celebrating the new family center at Bethel Park, 2850 Bethel Ave.
The capital project was funded through a $10 million grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc. - the largest one-time grant in Indy Parks’ history.

The community center includes a gymnasium, meeting room, game room, computer lab and staff offices in an 11,000 square foot facility. The entire facility meets or exceeds accessibility standards.
