Disability Awareness Day and Awards Celebration
For the past several years in celebration of the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Indianapolis Mayor's Advisory Council on Disability has sponsored a special event to educate the community about the needs and abilities of citizens with disabilities and to recognize individuals, businesses, and organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to universal access and inclusion.
