Pedro Sanchez was shot while inside a neighbor's apartment at 5840 W. 38th Street at approximately 12:05 pm on October 10, 2004. Two Hispanic suspects, both in their 20's, entered and started shooting the victim. There was no conversation nor other indication as to why the crime occurred.
