At approximately 9:05PM, officers were dispatched on a person shot run. The investigation revealed that the victim was on the sidewalk speaking with his fiancée when he was shot and killed in what witnesses described as a drive-by shooting. A single shot was fired in the incident.
The shooter is described as a black male, age 25-28 with a dark complexion, large round head and wearing a black "hoodie." The driver was a black male, age 25-28 with a light complexion, a small head and wearing a black leather jacket. Witnesses described the suspects' vehicle as a burgundy early 90's Geo Prism 4-door.
