Kenneth Spivey was shot and killed in his home on November 17, 2005. A guest in Mr. Spivey's home, Ronald Dillard, was killed in the same incident (IP050115253), an apparent robbery. The men were killed by three men who appeared to have been known to the victims. Mr. Spivey's 2 year old daughter and 6 year old son were present when the shootings occurred.
