At 12:02 pm on October 20, 2004, a Hispanic male victim was found bound, beaten, and unconscious behind the Peddlers' Mall at 6250 W. 38th Street.  The victim later died at the hospital.  His name is yet to be discovered.  The victim is in his late 20's to early 30's.  The Mexican Consulate is assisting in efforts to identify him.
