Clinton Johnston was shot at by at least two suspects who fired from a passing SUV-style vehicle. Mr. Johnston and several others, including Leroy Yarbrough and Darian Ragland, were gathered near 3100 Halifax. Yarbrough and Ragland were also hit and injured by the gunfire.
The suspect vehicle has been described as either a red, burgundy or brown SUV, possibly a Jimmy, with tinted windows. Two 7.62 calibre shell casing were found, likely from an AK47 or SKS type assault rifle.
