Charlotte Branch was shot and killed in a garage at 2451 Parker on October 22, 2005. Two others, Michael Modlin and Larry Sanders, were also assaulted. Several black males, all wearing black hooded sweatshirts, entered the garage, shot Ms. Branch and assaulted the other two victims.
