On April 4, 2004, at approximately 3:32 am, Adrian Henderson was shot as he rode in a car with friends near W. 38th Street and Cold Springs Road. Occupants of a green GMC Yukon SUV fired shots into the first car. Mr. Henderson and friends had argued with a female just prior to the shooting. The argument occurred in the Blockbuster Vide parking lot at W. 38th Street and N. Commercial Drive.
