Mark Grooms, B/M/35, and several friends decided to walk to a nearby liquor store around 9:15pm. When Grooms walked out of the liquor store & joined his friends, a subject began firing at the group from an automobile parked on Montcalm. The motive involved a previous argument. A suspect was developed, but there is insufficient evidence to file charges.
