The Marion County Circuit Court Clerk's Office is responsible for posting all bonds set by the Marion Circuit and Superior Courts. Bonds may be posted with the Clerk's Office at the City-County Building or at the Arrestee Processing Center (APC). Click here for information on Bond Posting Location and Times . Forms of PaymentBond must be paid with cash or credit/debit cards. Personal checks or money orders are NOT accepted.
Credit card transactions must be performed on-site and the cardholder must present a valid photo ID. An additional processing fee will be added to the bond amount. All major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - are accepted.
