Posting Bonds

 

The Marion County Circuit Court Clerk's Office is responsible for posting all bonds set by the Marion Circuit and Superior Courts. Bonds may be posted with the Clerk's Office at the City-County Building or at the Arrestee Processing Center (APC).  Click here for information on Bond Posting Location and Times 

Forms of Payment
Bond must be paid with cash or credit/debit cards. Personal checks or money orders are NOT accepted.

Credit card transactions must be performed on-site and the cardholder must present a valid photo ID. An additional processing fee will be added to the bond amount. All major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - are accepted. Click here to learn more about the process of paying a cash bond by credit or debit card .

Security
All persons entering the City-County Building and the Arrestee Processing Center (APC) will be searched and pass through a metal detector.  Contraband including weapons, sharp objects, etc. will be confiscated and will NOT be returned.

Parking
Parking is available near both the City-County Building and the APC.  Vehicles parked in restricted areas or on Market Street near the APC will be towed at the owner's expense.
