Arrestee Processing Center (APC)
The Arrestee Processing Center (APC) is located at 752 E. Market Street. It operates 365 days a year 24 hours a day.
The APC is responsible for processing all adults arrested in Marion County. Commissioners Cheryl Boone, Curt Foulks, Anne Flannelly, Marie Kern and Marshelle Broadwell staff APC Court 11. They conduct all initial hearings and determine bond on D felony and misdemeanor cases. The cases are then transferred to the parent D felony or misdemeanor courts for additional hearings or trial.
Over 50,000 individuals are processed by APC each year and approximately 40,000 have hearings in Court 11.
