Sanctions
A case that has successfully progressed through the Community Court process will have an outcome that could include one or more of the following sanctions:
- Community Service Work
- Treatment Readiness Group
- Community Impact Panel
- Community Treatment Program
- Substance Abuse Evaluation
- Stay Away Order
- Education (such as English as a Second Language)
- Sexually-Transmitted Disease Testing
