Probation
The Indianapolis Community Court staff work closely with the Probation Department of the Marion Superior Court to coordinate sentencing and sanctioning of individuals convicted of misdemeanor crimes within the Community Court catchment area. The Probation Department coordinates a variety of community service work efforts and treatment programs.
