Records Remotely Plus

Now you can access our Digital Imaging System from the convenience of your home or office. Records Remotely Plus is a service provided by the Marion County Recorder's Office as an extension and alternative to our Public Access Terminals located in the Recorder's Office.
With Records Remotely Plus you will have access to thousands of records. You will also be able to view, save, and print images that has been electronically imaged on our system. Our Temporary Document Index information is on line the moment a document is recorded.
SERVICES AVAILABLE. Records Remotely Plus provides access to the following:
- Full index inquiry for all documents recorded since 1964.
- Temporary index for same day recording information, including instrument number, date recorded, grantor, grantee and document type.
- Digital images of all documents recorded on or after April of 1964.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY.
The service is available during the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and excluding periodic maintenance and daily processing.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.
Records Remotely Plus users must have the following:
FEES.
The Records Remotely Plus fees are as follows:
- $100 Per logon ID
- $100 Minimum balance in escrow account
- $ .25 Per minute connect charge
- $ .07 Display charge per page
- Multi-Page documents will be billed at .07 per page for entire document
- Documents can be printed and or saved at your location for your convenience
