Specialized Reports are a service provided by the Marion County Recorder's office. Our reports are tailored to fit your company's needs. Reports are available weekly and/or monthly. You may query on lenders, document types, date ranges and other specific fields in our database. This service is provided on a contractual basis. There is an initial $550.00 programming fee. Fees per report are as follows:
- $50.00 per report request
- $1.00 per page for printed report (approx. 12 records per page)
- $ .05 per record in ASCII format
