Setting Up MCRO’s
LandLink for Marion County Offices
- Open
Internet Explorer or your Internet Browser

- Enter
this into the address bar: //168.214.234.209/lrmpi

- Click
on the link to install the Printer Control

- Click
the Run button on the next window

- The
installer will begin running

- If
this box comes up, just click the Run button again

- At
this point the LandLink Printer Wrapper Setup
Wizard should come up and click Next

- For
the Select Installation Folder a folder will be created for the program.
Click Next

- To
Confirm the Installation click Next

- The
Printer Wrapper will start installing:

- At
this point the installation will be completed. Click on the Close button
to close.

- If the
following bar shows up in your window with the “Blue Question Mark” symbol
on the left side as shown below be sure to click on it and run that
process as well:

- You
will have to select “Run Active X Control” after you have clicked on the
yellow bar above. It should look
like this after you have clicked on it:

- The on
the next dialog window click the Run button:

- You
should now be viewing the main LandLink page as
shown below:

- Use
the given User ID and Password to enter the program. These will be
provided. An example would be RCD1111 or AUD1254 and your Password will
start as just ‘password’. Make sure ‘password’ (without the quotation
symbols” is lowercase.
- *It is
a good idea to save this as a shortcut on your desktop or add this address
to your favorites. To save as a shortcut, Right-Click on the page and
select Create Shortcut.

- It
will then ask you if you are sure you want to create the shortcut. Click
Yes.

- It
will now be on your desktop as “LandLink – Land
Records Management Login” along with your browser symbol. If, for
instance, you use Google Chrome it would look like this:

This concludes your setup of the Marion County
Recorder’s Office LandLink System. If you would like
