Please Read Carefully! Below is a step by step guide:

1) First go to Indy.gov

2) Navigate/find/go the Recorder's home page

3) Scroll down the page until you find the picture of the globe

4) Click on the globe. This will take you to:
https://vpn.recorder.indygov.org

5) You will want to bookmark or save this address. It is also recommended
that you add it as a shortcut to your desktop. If you are on the page and
you are using Internet Explorer you should be able to Right-Click on the
page and choose Create Shortcut. You should then have it on your desktop.

6) You want to install the MetaFrame Presentation Server Client for 32-bit Windows.
Click on that link.

[If a yellow bar pops up at the top of your window talking about 'Citrix ICA Client Object
ActiveX win32 then you can click that bar for it to run as well. In some instances this may
required. Also make sure you have your Pop-Up Blocker off for this website. You can turn off
your Pop-Up Blocker by going to Tools>Pop-Up Blocker>Turn Off Pop-UP Blocker]

7) When the File Download - Security Warning box pops up click the Run button.

8) An Internet Explorer - Security warning box should pop up asking if you want to
Run the software; Name: Citrix Web Client. Click the Run button.

9) It will ask if you wish to continue installing. Click the Yes button.

10) Click the Yes button on the License Agreement Window.

11) You should have the Citrix Web Client succesfully installed at this point. Close
Internet Explorer (or the browser you are using) and re-open to log in.

12) At the site you will want to login using the User Name and Password you were
given. Then click the Login button.

13) You will have a couple of icons. Click the Data Entry button to begin working.
[You may have a window pop-up asking if you want to use 'launc.ica'. Checkmark the
'Do this automatically for files like this from now on' option and then click ok even
if it is shaded and doesn't appear to be active.]
--> You may encounter a couple of errors that pop-up discussing Synchronization, just click
    ok on both of these boxes. This is normal and will likely always occur.

14) Your window will look like a computer desktop.  This is your work area. You can use the
LandLink icon on this 'desktop' to continue working.

15) Please send an email to Rob Pero if you have succesfully entered the system before but
seem unable to reconnect as this may be a problem with the server.
