Brizzi Announces New Executive Staff
INDIANAPOLIS--Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi today announced the reorganization of his executive staff. All changes take effect immediately.

Lisa Borges becomes Chief of Staff/Chief Trial Deputy. All operations of the office will report directly to her, and she, in turn, will report to Brizzi. Borges has been with the Prosecutor's Office since 1989. She has served as a deputy prosecutor and has supervise the Sex Crimes and Child Abuse, Domestic Violence and the Misdemeanor-D Felony Divisions. Borges received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Indianapolis and her law degree from Indiana University.
David Wyser will be Deputy Chief of Staff/Chief of the Trial Division. Wyser will supervise activity in all courts, including major felony, misdemeanor and D-felony, juvenile and child support. Wyser joined the Prosecutor's Office in 2001. He has served as a deputy prosecutor, Supervisor of Criminal Courts 5 and 6 and Chief of the Felony Division. He graduated from California State at Northridge and received his law degree from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
Barbara Crawford is now Chief of Investigations. The Grand Jury and Criminal Charging Divisions will report to her. Except for a short stint with the Indiana Attorney General's Office, Crawfordhas been with the Prosecutor's Office since 1991. She has been a deputy prosecutor, Supervisor of Criminal Courts 2 and 5 andSupervisor of theCriminal Charging Division. She received her law degree from Indiana University.
Helen Marchal will be Associate Counsel to the Prosecutor. She will be in charge of community prosecution, legislative affairs, human resources and Adult Protective Services. Marchal began her career with the Prosecutor's Office in 1995 while still in law school. She has served as a deputy prosecutor in Misdemeanor, D-Felony and Drug Court and as a Community Prosecutor in both the North and West Districts. After a brief period in private practice, she returned to the office as Special Counsel. Marchal received both her undergraduate ahd law degrees from Indiana University.
