The jury trial of Melissa Rumple has been continued to February 26 in Court1.

Rumple is charged with four counts of A felony child molesting and two counts of C felony child molesting.

 

She is accused of molesting her two sons, ages 8 and 9 at the time, several times in 2002 and 2003.

 

Tuesday, December 12, 2006

At 1:30, Steven Moore is scheduled to be sentenced in Juvenile Court 4. 

Moore pled guilty to possession of a firearm in school, a D felony were he an adult.

 

On September 28, 2006, Moore brought a handgun in a bag to Lawrence North High School.

 

Thursday, December 14, 2006

At 1:00, Robert Pyle is scheduled to plead guilty and be sentenced in Court 20. 

        

Pyle was originally charged with manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a precursor and a firearm and possession of a precursor.

 

On May 23, 2006, Indianapolis and Indiana State Police raised a house in the 2300 block of South Villa Avenue, where they allegedly found a working red phosphorus lab manufacturing methamphetamine. 

         

Friday, December 15, 2006

At 9:00, the bench trial of Kelvin Brown is scheduled to begin in Court 15.

Brown is charged with ghost employment, official misconduct and two counts of deception.

 

The former Indianapolis Housing Agency employee is accused of submitting fraudulent payroll records and conducted personal business on agency time for financial gain.
