*These words, written by Jerry Baker, father of slain Deputy Jason Baker,
are inscribed on the Public Safety Memorial at Crown Hill Cemetery.

These Deputies ended their tour of duty early. They paid the ultimate sacrifice - they gave their lives. May they rest in peace and never be forgotten. |
