The Information Services Agency (ISA) provides Information Technology (IT) for the City of Indianapolis – Marion County. Working together with the entire enterprise, ISA provides solutions and support for new and existing infrastructures as it relates to networking, hardware, web development, applications and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS).
ISA is comprised of four key service areas:
- Program Management
- Operations
- Application Development
- Administration and Finance
The Information Services Agency (ISA) is governed through the Information Technology Board per City-County Ordinance.
