ISA becomes part of the team with an Agency or Department who needs to issue an Request For Proposal (RFP) to quote technology solutions – including consulting services, hardware and software. Working in partnership with the Purchasing Division, the public purchase guidelines and laws are followed and the RFP need is defined in more detail to include infrastructure requirements and enterprise standards.
