The Information Services Agency provides technology support and solutions to all City and County Agencies, Departments and Courts.  There are also a number of outside organizations who receive limited services from ISA in the form of a communication line, or access to certain approved applications residing on a server or the mainframe in the Enterprise.

ISA uses the outsourcing provider, Northrop Grumman, to leverage greater purchasing power for equipment, infrastructure and software.  The equipment purchased in this manner meet the standards of the Enterprise; therefore when service is required, the solution is usually reached in a quicker timeframe.

Internally supported organizations in City, County or Township government depend on ISA to help with business problems which can often be handled with a technology solution.  ISA provides a division of Business Relationship Managers whose purpose is to interact with the organization to learn their business process and issues to help provide solutions.

For organizations doing business on a daily basis with some form of local government supported by ISA, there is an opportunity to create a chargeback account for services provided.  Interested organizations should contact the Information Services Agency at 317-327-3100 for further details.
