IT Governance

The City of Indianapolis/Marion County City-County Council set up an Information Technology (IT) Governance process through General Ordinance 202.1995. Its functions include the creation of the Information Technology Board and Team.

Information Technology Board: The IT board meets monthly to review the IT vision of the enterprise and is comprised of individuals who represent City Departments, County Agencies, and citizens from the community.

Information Technology Team: The IT Technology Team is represented by departments and agencies within the City of Indianapolis-Marion County and participates in the formulation of IT policies, standards and procedures, and assists in the development of the overall IT plan to assuring the decisions made by ISA are in the best interest of the enterprise.
