Without a quorum present Advisory Board Chairman David Cook called the meeting to order at 12:18.
Advisory Board Chairman David Cook stated that without a quorum present no action could be taken on the Agenda.
Advisory Board Chairman David Cook then opened the floor for discussion.
It was decided that the next Advisory Board Meeting would be held on May 1, 2008.
