Congratulations on your engagement! The next step is to plan your wedding, making sure to apply for your marriage license before walking down the aisle. There is a lot of important information on our Web site, outlining all of the steps you and your fiancee need to take to make your wedding official.
Our office is located in the City-County Building, 200 East Washington St. in downtown Indianapolis. The marriage license counter is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to accept new applications or to make copies of your marriage license. We do close for most major holidays and are not open on the weekends.
