On November 3, 2009, Marion County voters will be going to the polls to participate in a special election. There are five public questions, or referenda, that must be decided in November. There are no candidate elections on this ballot.

All Marion County voters will have the opportunity to vote on the Health and Hospital Corporation’s question. In addition to the Health and Hospital Corporation question, voters living in Franklin Township School Corporation, Beech Grove School Corporation or Perry Township School Corporation will also vote on a specific question pertaining to their school district.
