Political Action Committees (PACs)
PACs are required to establish a committee once they raise or spend at least $100 in a calendar year. To establish a PAC committee supporting local candidates, the organization files a CFA-2 with the Marion County Election Board.  Those PACs supporting state candidates file the CFA-2 with the Indiana Election Division.  If a PAC supports both local and state candidates, the PAC must file with both Marion County Election Board and Indiana Election Division.  Once the committee is established, PACs must adhere to the appropriate filing schedule.
