Filing Fees
as of July 1, 2008

Standard civil cases: $136 per filing plus additional Service Fees as required.

Domestic Relations (Divorce) cases: $156 per filing

Adoptions, Termination of Parental Rights and Civil Plenarys: $136 per filing

Paternity: $178 per filing

Juvenile cases: $175 per filing (if filed by private counsel)

Estate, Guardianship, and Trust cases: $156 per filing

Hardship License: $106 per filing

Name Change: $136 per filing

The County Sheriff will collect a one-time $13 Service of Process fee per case.  A separate check for this fee should be made payable to the proper county sheriff.

On all cases, each additional defendant is an additional $10.
