The following items are required in order to complete a Change of Venue:
- A copy of the Change of Venue Order signed by the judge.
- A check for the filing fee -- according to the following schedule -- which is appropriate for the type of case being transferred:
- Standard civil cases: $136 per filing + $10 for each additional defendant other than the first named defendan
- Mortgage Foreclosure cases: $186 + $10 for each additional defendant other than the first named defendant
- Domestic Relations cases: $156 per filing
- Adoptions, Termination of Parental Rights and Civil Plenarys: $133 per filing
- Juvenile CHINS, Paternity, and Delinquent Children: $175 per filing
- Other juvenile cases: $178 per filing
- Estate, Guardianship, and Trust cases: $153 per filing
