Annual Docket Fee
According to IC 33-37-5-6, Docket fees are due by January 31st. These fees partially reimbuse the county for processing child support payments. If it is necessary to file comtempt or collection proceedings, court costs and filing fees will also be assessed against the person required to pay support. The docket fee is paid by the person responsible for paying the child support.
Docket fees may be paid in cash, by money order, personal check, or credit card. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

1988-2006 $20.00 per year; $10.00 per year if paid after January 31st
