Automated Deduction and Deposit
For non-custodial parents (Payors) that do not pay through an income withholding order, the Marion County Clerk's Office offers automatic deduction from a checking or saving account. This program is provided at no cost to the non-custodial parent, or payor.
For custodial parents (payee), automatic deposit is offered by the Indiana State Central Collection Unit (www.INSCCU.com). To be part of this program, first download and complete the direct deposit form and then mail it to:
