If you experience a problem using the online forms, the following suggestions may help you. Match your problem to one of the general problems described below, and try the related solution. If you still experience problems after attempting a solution, please mail your signed deduction form to the Auditor's office.

| You receive an error message after you click the form's submit button. The error message reads, "JavaScript error in MouseUp script of field 'submit' at line 13: You need to be running inside a web browser to submit this form." |
- You have an older version of Acrobat Reader. Download the latest version from the Adobe website.
- You have the RealDownload program enabled on your computer. Disable the program.
- You have downloaded the form and saved it on your computer. You must re-submit while viewing it through a web browser.

| You are redirected to a page that states "Your Deduction Application Was Not Sent." |
- You have Norton Personal Firewall or Norton Internet Security Suite enabled on your computer. Disable the program, or make a change to the configuration of the program. See the Norton website for information about how to make this change.

| You never received the confirmation e-mail. |
- You may have mistyped your e-mail address or your security is preventing delivery of the message - please call 327-4646.
