Sales Disclosure Filing

 


The Marion County Auditor announces the availability of a new time-saving program being offered by www.salesdisclosure.com, which allows on-line filing of sales disclosure forms and electronic payments through a secure website.

This new service will bring the Township Assessors' and Auditor's offices into compliance with IC 6-1.1-5.5-3 (Jan. 1, 2005), the Department of Local Government and Finance's requirement for electronic submission of Sales Disclosure Form 46021.

The fee structure includes the usual payments such as the $10 state filing fee for non-exempt transactions, the $5 per legal description Auditor's Endorsement fee, and a new $10 transaction fee to cover the expense of providing electronic filing and payments.
