Michael McQuillen Committee Chair	Welcome to the Municipal Corporations Committee page of the City-County Council.  This committee reviews actions and concerns of the five municipal corporations:  Health and Hospital Corporation, Indianapolis Airport Authority, Indianapolis Convention Center and RCA Dome, Indianapolis Marion County Library, and Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo).
