CITY RELEASES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
SOLID WASTE RECEIPT, PROCESSING AND DISPOSAL
The city is currently operating under a 20-year contract with a third-party for residential waste disposal and related services, which expires November 30, 2008. DPW is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new contract to be effective December 1, 2008. The RFP also solicits proposals to assist the City in expanding Recycle Indianapolis efforts to meet City objectives of a comprehensive recycling system citywide. Comments are due on the RFP on November 9, 2007 and proposals are due on December 3, 2007.. The following documents are available for review by potential proposers.
