The Office of Environmental Services (OES) provides oversight and technical review of site development plans submitted to Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) for commercial and industrial businesses locating within a wellfield protection area. This review is conducted to minimize the potential for chemical releases and to help the City protect its groundwater resources.
