The Board of Public Works is comprised of seven members.  These seven members consist of the Director for the Department of Public Works who serves as the chairperson of the board, three mayor appointed members and three Council appointed members.  The Board staff consists of legal counsel and a secretary.  The Board normally meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
