Special Events Request Form
Do you have a community event going on that you would like to have the Indianapolis Fire Department attend? If your event requires a PERMIT and you have not applied for one, please go to this page first, before requesting IFD. http://www.indygov.org/eGov/City/Controller/Special/process.htm Once your permit has been approved, you may fill out this form to request our help. As part of our commitment to the citizens of Indianapolis we are happy to assist as long the Fire Department has no previous commitments during that time frame. Due to the number of requests we receive, especially in the summer months, we may not be able to help with your event. All requests must be made at least 30 days in advance. If you would like to submit a request, please fill out the questionnaire below and send it in. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you by return e-mail within 7 business days.
