Gregory A. Hall, Deputy Director
... served 20 years active service with the United States ARMY (Retired Quartermaster Sergeant - 1981-2001) before joining the City of Indianapolis, Purchasing Division's team. Assumed duties as the Public Safety and Public Works buyer in July 2001. Transferred to Department of Public Safety, Emergency Management Division April 2002 as a Senior Coordinator, (2002 - 2005). In October 2005, Mr. Hall was named Deputy Director, of Emergency Management Division to present.
Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Oakland City University. Obtained certification in WMD Technical Emergency Response Training Course (TERT COBRA), National Pharmaceutical Stockpile Course, Terrorism Planning Course, Public Safety WMD Response - Sampling Techniques Course, Millennium Mask Maintenance Technician Course, Emergency Vehicle Operation (EVO) training and ANDROS ROBOT Operation and Maintenance Training.
