10 Week Walking Program with AARP
April 21 - June 27 at Broad Ripple Park
Indy Parks is a partner with AARP and the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA) to host a 10-week walking program that will provide tools and support to help seniors ages 55+ to take personal responsibility for their health and stick with their exercise plans. Each participant will receive a free step counter and guidebook, t-shirts and other incentives as well as be invited to participate in weekly educational sessions on senior fitness and nutrition.

We will be walking 30 minutes a day,
5 Days a week Monday thru Friday.
Starting…….April 21st - June 27th,
(two times to choose from):
Morning walk @ 9:30am
&
Evening walk @ 5:30pm
Meet us in the Broad Ripple Parking lot
near the play ground.
Join us every Friday after the walks for
