DESCRIPTION Formerly known as Northeastway, the park was renamed William S. Sahm Park and has a rich history in the community. The central focal point in the park is the remodeled aquatic center, which opened in 1999. This facility boasts a 400,000 gallon pool with a zero depth area, numerous spray features, 3 slides and lap lanes. The park is also adjacent to Sahm Golf Course.
FAQ's/TIPS What amenities are included with my shelter rental? The Corporate Shelter has an overhead shelter with picnic tables, access to an electrical outlet, an outdoor water spigot and restrooms. Shelters #1, #2 and #3 have an overhead shelter and picnic tables. The picnic knoll only includes the designated tables, it does not have overhead shelter.
Are there any picnic tables other than those associated with the shelters? Yes there are a few tables for small groups between the shelters that are first come, first served.
