DESCRIPTION
Frank Young, and Indianapolis native, began his ministry in 1892.  In 1907 he began the pastorate of the First Baptist Church North Indianapolis where he remained for the next 60 years.  Young lived to be 94 years old, and left a legzcy of leadership and social concern for the betterment of the Indianapolis community.  The park was acquired in 1922, and is 1.7 acres.
