DESCRIPTION This 5.24 acre park is nestled between Wheeler Boys & Girls Clubs and the Blackburn Terrace Housing Apartments, this park is accessible via the apartment complex. Formerly named Salem Village Park, Beckwith Memorial was dedicated in 1970 for Indianapolis Native Frank Beckwith, who was an attorney and civil rights activist.
