Mission Statement: To provide leadership to the Marion County city and county governments in the areas of Human Resources (compensation, benefits, training, performance management, labor/employee relations and risk management, recruiting and selection), Equal Opportunity, Public Education, Administrative Services (internal and external service delivery) and the MBE/WBE Program.
